Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right or you have changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Fee

A £2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
